A young girl named Ayu helps out a girl from her school named Nina find a special computer that is very important to her. What Ayu didn't know is that Nina is a mage who uses this computer to create spells. Nina wants to pay back Ayu for all the help she gave her with helping her find the computer, and this is where things go wrong. Nagi Souichiro and Bob Makihara are two bad boy delinquents who just love to fight and going to school just to conquer them by brute force and fighting. They end up at Toudou Gakuen, a school for martial arts training and a fighting paradise. Unlike the other schools, this is no ordinary school as the two boys find out soon. The Enforcer Group is now out to get the trouble makers and they team up with Maya Natsume's renegade group. But there is a dark past between the Takayanagi clan's Enforcer Group and the Natsume Family and what is the Enforcer Group out to accomplish?
