And he proud to save he achieved that goal. After 12000 miles and 4 1/2 months of travel. He average roughly $50 a day on his trip. Cheap travel across the US is possible even cheaper $50 a day. Moreover, along the way he learn a lot about his country . The US is more a collection of micro-nations than a single uniform country. It was wonderful experiencing the diversity in both culture and landscape of this nation.
