shoot to wall and catch
for all practice sessions it is better to use goalie(4a) and defense 2men rod(3a). There are no offensive rods in between these rods which makes practice easy. On the other hand 2 men are widely apart in 2men rod(3a) having enough room for ball manipulations.

using far man of 2men rod, shoot ball to my own goal side wall and catch it when it returns. When catching don't let the ball bounce off; for that while catching keep man's toe slanted away from the ball.
