This
shot considered to be most difficult to practice but when practiced enough
most efficient to score. |

Significant
advantage is that it is very difficult for opponent(defence) to realize
from which direction the ball comes from. |

Place
the ball in the middle of the field a little towards the goal from
middleman so that you can pin the ball using middleman of 3men offensive
rod. |
|
Move
the rod little too and fro keeping the ball still pinned. (Initially this
could be little difficult without loosing the ball.) This way defence
wouldn't know the direction ball comes. |

Decide
from which side you can earn a point(pull or push). Release ball from pin
and , turn rod a little less than 360 degrees (if it were 360 it would be
a spin and illegal) and shoot |
