| Place the ball as if a pull shot. Before middleman reaches its limit bring it around the ball and set it for push position. | |
| Not continue the push. Before middleman reaches its limit, move it around the ball and continue pull | |
| You may continue this manuvour as much as you can(need practice). Due to continuous push/pull defender will open a hole for a quick shot | |
| Shoot at any convenient position. | |
