Front line shot positions
main offence is done by 1a rod. after understanding the range of movement for each man in rod 1a you will see that at any position you can make a shot
using man 1a1
when ball is near to bank A, can shoot at an angle. This could be a sharp angle and little difficult and of course difficult to stop if shot right.
can push the ball so that ball and 1a1 stays together. This way you can reach until dot-a1/2. When it is closer to dot-a1/2 the angle of shoot is wide so shot would be easier.
when on dot-a1/2 it could be a straight shot. By this time, due to my fast move opponent may have not covered straint shot(which you can make)
if you do not take any angle shots from 1a1, and if the ball continue to roll towards middle of the board, you can make straight shots using 1a2.(even a small angle shots).
You can wait until ball rolls to 1a2's current position and shoot. Or you can move 1a rod back towards you and shoot using 1a2. This is the best because back and forth movement of my 1a rod misleads the defender leaving you an open goal(Anyway this is a little difficult shot)
If you let the ball roll still forward you can make a goal using 1a3. This is again angle shot.
