exists, still most of the tournaments are conducted by draughts association at YMCA,
Colombo. |

With in the bank and they organize Interbank touranments |

Housing Authority, BOI, Several sports clubs and community centers(Kochchikade,
Dematagoda) |

Late Mr. T.
Robosingho won the trophy. Even today Mr. Robosingho is consideed as the ever best
draughts player lived in Sri Lanka. |

Now(1998) T.P.D.
Jayasinghe is considered to be the Island best. |
|
In history most of
the time if T.P.D. Jayasinghe was the champ if he had participate for the tournament. |
