1 Respect and honor will be given to all in The Hands of Fate, we are classified as a federation, but we are more like a family, treat each member as such.
2 Threats of another member of THoF, Trilogy or of it's allies will not be tolerated. If you are threatened by another member, send me a memory orb, I will deal with it to the fullest extent of the law
3 Orders of your superiors will be carried out, if you feel that there is a conflict with the orders of your superior and the first law, or the order in your opinion is not in the best interest of THoF, go to a higher superior, let them decide. If you feel the GC is not acting in the best interest of the guild, bring it to the attention of the SiC, there is a procedure in place that allows them to overide a GC order, but it isnt easy for them, so make sure it is valid not some little hissy fit you are having.
4 You are allowed to be in more than one guild, but should a war break out between the two guilds, you will be asked to declare neutrality, pay will be held in an account for you till the end of the war at which time as long as you were neutral will be paid all back pay.
5 Activity is required. You all signed an oath agreeing to participate in a minimum of 2 mass spars and recruit one member a week. Although I can be leinient and will take recruits in leiu of training, or training in leiu of recruits. Some positions that we offer as long as it is done will be counted as activity, if you are unsure if your position allows that, then you are not in one of those positions as I personally would have told you. So if a DC or a LC told you that you dont have to spar, then get your butt to the spars as you are not excluded. From this moment on if you are incative for 2 weeks your pay will be suspended and you will be given 1 week to become active again. Otherwise you will be removed.
6 THoF and your position is to be included in your lifescrolls (profile) and dossier (web page if applicable) We are honored to have you as a member, you should have the pride to show that you are a member of our guild. If you think you have a valid reason to not include it in either, let me know in person, mind link (IM) or send me a missive (e-mail) and I will let you know if it is valid.

1 This is a game, I want you to enjoy yourself. If you are going to be unable to participate for a period of time, let me know, I will put you on LOA and IC law #4 will be waved for you as you have a good reason.
2 No CRP, I cant stress this enough. If the mun knows something, that doesnt automatically mean the char does. If you have a char die, you can not create a char who knows what the last char knew. We had to kick out and boycot 2 former members for CRP, not only are they boycotted from THoF and Trilogy, but it was sent to allied forums as well as a few others. Most forums follow the same procedure, so dont do it.
3 any match your char is in, even if you know how to calculate dice, send logs of the matches to the weapons master, (currently Angel C. Dupre) this is how I know you're active. And save all logs of spars, MS, payslips, basically anything you get experience for. Come time for an audit you will need this. If it is missing, you will not receive credit, and dont ask for copies afterwards, there is no guarantee either myself or the weapons master will still have it. This is a lesson I learned when it was kind of late, I dont want you all to learn the same way.
4 Cheating, log altering or forging is not acceptable. If you are caught, your char will be executed, and you will be blackliseted by Trilogy and all allied guilds and we do send out to other forums as well, allied or not.
