As a resident of BLoomfield, I strongly urge you to oppose issuing any approvals for the construction of 114 townhouses in a flood hazard zone. Any construction on this site would clearly increase flooding and exacerbate an already serious problem with river bank erosion -- both issues are well documented. Please protect our homes and ensure the health and safety of our families.
