Haven't updated in awhile.. some of the new parts and mods.
I had bought the K&N Stubstack, and then I needed a bigger filter to use it. The two together didn't fit very well under the stock hood, the hood would latch but it sat up about 2" which was to be expected.
So I bought a Harwood 4" Cowl Induction hood.
Also installed 3" shock extensions on the rear. The theory is that the shocks are actually too short and the added length of the extensions will allow the traction bar more movement to hit the spring eye harder.
I also installed the extended wheel studs after being hassled about them every trip to the track. Drilling is required to install these studs. I used a 15/32" bit and Moroso part #46150. For right now they are only the rear, all I had time for.
The picture doesn't really show them that well, I need one closer up. They are 2 7/8" long, just the tips stick out through the open lug nuts which are not regular open nuts, they are a Weld lugnut thats been discontinued.
