The origin of this organization started back in the winter of 1994, but it wasn't until the summer of 1995 that the organization began to take shape. It's at this time that a sketchy design of what is now known as the United Olympic Federation (U.O.F.) was forming. The early organization was known solely as the ExoFleet. The early members of the Fleet were gathered based upon the beliefs of an alliance between different people, and the formation of a new type of organization founded, formed, and governed by the youth of America.

Over the course of a year, the ExoFleet went through many drastic and radical changes. Originally the ExoFleet was based solely in America, but we realized that America is not only made up of natural born Americans, but also of their ancestors who came to this country from many other countries. So the ExoFleet developed a belief of protecting and supporting those countries from which our ancestors came from. This new belief also lead to the creation of The United Federation of Countries (U.F.C.) with the ExoFleet becoming the U.F.C.'s "armed forces." At this stage in the development, the U.F.C. consisted of the United States of America, Norway, Russia, and Ukraine.

It wasn't until the summer of 1996 during the Atlanta Olympic Summer games that the realization that every country should take part in this monumental attempt. For this alliance is working for the good of the human race which we all are a part of. It was evident that if every country in the world could gather for two weeks out of every 2 years in international harmony, then there might just be a chance that we, the human race, could work together for the goodness of the species and the wholeness of the world. After we, the U.F.C., came to an understanding of these ideas, we formed the United Olympic Federation (U.O.F.) which brings us to the present date and time.
