Spanish Grunt fish live mainly in the shallows, schooling more in the summer. They can average around a pound each. They get their name from the noise they make, sounds like a grunt from a hog.

Hog Snaper is an excelent food fish. Handsomely colored and a member of the wresse family (most of which is not acceptable food fish) They can grow to 2 feet in length.

The Blue Tang is a brightly colored blue fish as seen here. The juviniles though are a lemon yellow. They can grow to 14" in length. They love shallow coral reefs as they eat the algae that grows there.
