Jessica Vendetti is a certified hatha yoga instructor, through the Golden Lotus Yoga Teachers Association since 1972, as well as past president of the association, for over 6 years.

She is a kryiaban and member of Self-Realization Fellowship since 1969. Her teacher was Yogacharya Oliver who was a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda. Paramahansa Yogananda founded S.R.F. and wrote the classic "Autobiography of a Yogi."

Jessica has taught classes in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Ontario. She resides in Gaylord, Michigan with her family, teaching yoga regularly at the Michaywe Clubhouse and the surrounding areas.

Jessica is available for private or group hatha yoga sessions, as well as presentations on the benefits of meditation and yoga.

Appointments are also taken for Reiki Healing, coupled with Yuen Methods of Energetic Healing.
