The StickyBersem

The multiverse is in grave danger.

The Multiverse

The multiverse. There's infinite universes. Do you think you're unique? Well, you are, but maybe not in the way you think. In every universe, you are in it. But each one of these “yous” are different. They mostly look different, they act different, they live in environments and situations different from your own, there are infinite possibilities. There are infinite versions of you, and we call those versions “variants”. Each variant may be different, but there's always some key things that make them YOU. We call that your “Variant Specific DNA”, or VSD. Let's say every variant of yours had blonde hair, just like you, and various shades of blue-ish gray eyes, similar to yours. They all have that same laugh with the little nose whistle when they hear a really corny joke, just like you. They all have the same memory loss that you still can't figure out why you have it. That's your VSD. This is what makes a variant tie back to you. There are infinite variants of you, all look like how you would look if you were in their environment. You might just be a variant yourself. Who might you be based off of? We don't know. We never know who the first variant of each person is. And we might never even find out. As we said, the number is infinite.

The multiverse was a mod idea I had back in 2023, (scrapped early 2025 due to receiving multiple legal threats from one of the creators' mothers) called Multiverse Mania, about Boyfriend traveling through the multiverse. The story was/is about Boyfriend finding a mysterious green watch in the garbage, and when he put it on he was teleported into space. Now, Boyfriend has a very powerful artifact, one that can allow him to travel to any known universe. The only thing is that he does not know how to use it, therefore he does not know how to get back home. And this artifact is known to every being in the universe, meaning Boyfriend now has a very large target on his back. Hoping to find his way home, he starts exploring different universes. He eventually finds a sharkoid named Hachi, who somewhat recognizes Boyfriend, as there is a type of boyfriend in every universe (the one in Hachi's universe is named Blake, he's all over my bluesky lmao), recognizes the band on his wrist, and declares a bounty on Boyfriend's head. After nearly drowning and avoiding death by a rabid shark hybrid, Boyfriend escapes and keeps searching, and eventually comes to one last stop, a red throne room, with a british demon spirit named Tatsuta, who...got so mad at boyfriend refusing to give him the band that he...turned into a giant dragon. Boyfriend, now magically equipped with a staff from a cloaked figure, defeats Tatsuta, and lands up back in his home universe.

Variant Specific DNA (VSD) of STICKYBM

This is the VSD that is based off of THE ORIGINAL STICKYBM. This is the VSD that is the same within every single Sticky Variant to ever exist.

Now let’s talk about the one that started this whole fiasco…

The Helper

The Helper (He/Them/It) was a Sticky variant in another universe, specifically Earth-53DL. Before he became who he is now, (when he wasn't streaming) he was a collector, collecting relics and artifacts from other universes through the help of companies and third-party services. Sometimes he’d tinker with them or fix what's broken. He was quite creative. When he heard about a boy from Earth-29HK finding and using the multiverse band, he thought of the dangers the boy could encounter and left his home universe to help him. He wore a red cloak to seal his identity, and forged magic from purple crystals he had found in a shipwreck while scavenging in Hachi's universe, Tochi-82BX. These crystals helped him travel the multiverse. Stickster watched Boyfriend from afar constantly, following him everywhere and keeping a safe eye on him, he had no particular reason to, instincts just told him to do it. After helping Boyfriend get home, realization struck. Stickster no longer remembered how to get home. He had been outside his home universe for so long that he had forgotten how to get back. He didn't even know what universe his home was in anymore. He was officially a lost cause. Eventually as time passed, Stickster started to further suffer. He had been from his home universe for such a lengthy time that he was losing his memory of himself. And in its place he felt as if he was constantly being watched wherever he went, and he heard a voice in his head, one that never left. As days went by, he lost more memories. He forgot what his bedroom looked like, he forgot who his brothers were, he forgot his friends, he even forgot what color fur his cat had. The day eventually came where he could not remember his own name. So he called himself The Helper, because that is what he does. He helps. He eventually helped boyfriend kill Tatsuta; the watcher of time, and they parted ways. Boyfriend was now safely home, and The Helper could now go help others in need, since he had forgotten the existence of his own world. He didn't get far before he eventually forgot his goals. So now he was just someone lost in space in time, with no idea who he was or where he was or what to do. So he just traveled. He befriended Tsuki and Blake (The Boyfriend in Tsuki's Universe), he learned to further use the powers in his staff, he even started presumably muttering to the voices in his head instead of just listening, he just merely existed. Then, at last, he was one day struck with corruption. He had spent too much time away from home. So much time had passed that his goals of helping others had now altered. And, with the toll of the crystals he used, so had his sanity. The Helper simply went crazy. Raw and hypnotized with dark power, he struck down anyone in his way. He forgot literally everything, even his own new friends. When he saw Sticky variants from other universes, he would further snap and strike. Some survived. Those who didn't became soul fuel for The Helper to absorb, channeling more dangerous power, and in turn, the voices grew louder. At this point he needed the soul fuel to survive, the crystal corruption was now eating his own life source away like a tumor. He has no choice anymore but to proceed. Eventually the corruption would fade away, but it would always come back eventually, there is no pattern. Think of it as a nightmare. You fall asleep and you live it, you wake up and it's over. And when you fall back asleep, there it is again. The Helper is now an unstable entity. He mostly helps those who are lost in the multiverse, not fully coming to terms that he was lost as well. But when he is blinded by the corruption of dark magic, he is dangerous. A contagious threat to his own kind and himself.

Magic

The Helper, being born a simple human, does not have any inner magic. All of his magic comes from his staff. He also has a crystal on his uniform that harnesses further magic and connects with his mind
