A week later, Roz is at the school with Bulldog trying to sort out the expulsion issue. Bulldog seems to be proud of his son for taking an interest in girls at such an early age but Roz assures the principal that it won’t happen again. When they return home, they are dismayed to find that the babysitter has let a girl Stuart’s age come in to play. Roz and Bulldog grow highly paranoid, worried that they may be “playing doctor” but they are soon relieved when it turns out that the two hate each other.
Later while sorting out the second reunion, Bulldog inadvertently injures his ankle and Roz is reluctant to take him to the emergency room because she doesn’t trust Stuart’s babysitter. Bulldog is forced to catch a taxi while Roz gives her daughter Alice a call, who agrees to skip college and take care of Stuart for a while. Roz catches up with Bulldog in the emergency room and he’ll be able to go home by the end of the day. Roz is at the vending machine finding lunch for Bulldog when she encounters Kenny Daly, who is there having his fourth child with Rose. Roz congratulates Kenny on his happiness and asks if he’ll be at the reunion – he says no. However when a nurse informs him that she can’t take anymore of Rose’s abuse, Kenny quickly changes his mind and agrees to attend.
Returning home along with a limping Bulldog, Roz is delighted to find Alice having a great time taking care of Stuart – that is, until, Alice reveals the real reason she agreed to do it – she’s pregnant. Bulldog thinks this is great news, joking that Alice is “just like her mom” – unfortunately, Roz has the exact opposite impression and is driven into an analysis of herself as a mother. Roz eventually calms down and Alice tells her all about the baby’s father, a painter she met in Paris while spending the summer there with her dad. Roz realises that Alice is ready to be a mom and agrees to support her all the way. In all the commotion, it seems that Roz has forgotten about the reunion and quickly rushes to Nervosa where she finds a room full of her impatient ex-staff, refusing to fork out any money to buy drinks (much to Gil’s chagrin). Roz apologises several times and promises to organise a third reunion for real this time.
Noel and Hayley are on the set of a new Star Trek movie they are producing. Noel is having trouble getting along with the film’s director, a snooty British man named Liam Wright who Noel is convinced knows nothing about Star Trek. Noel eventually decides to fire Wright and plans to do it on the next Monday morning. Noel arrives on the set early to prepare a little speech and is horrified when he walks in on Hayley and Wright having sex in a broom closet. Noel is so angry that he decides to do something “huge” – and accepts the invitation to the third KACL reunion, which Hayley had forbidden him from doing the previous two times.
After Gil forbids Roz from holding the reunion at Nervosa due to a decrease in custom over the last few weeks, she shifts it to the town hall instead. Roz finds Noel there, unaware that he is planning a Star Trek convention to be held on the same date. The mayor misinterprets their wishes and arranges a Star Trek themed reunion. Noel tells Roz that he won’t be able to attend because he has “other plans” and the two part ways – for a few days at least. On his way to the exit, Noel throws his invitation in the trash, which is promptly picked back up by a man in janitor’s clothes. He turns around and we see that it is Chopper Dave!
