Christmas brings out the worst of the employees at KACL when Roz organises a Secret Santa program, and everybody winds up fighting for the best gift-giver – Kenny. As Roz struggles to keep everything in order, she is dismayed to learn that nobody wants to buy her anything because she is extremely fussy. Determined to prove the employees wrong, Roz announces that she doesn’t care what she gets, but it’s the thought that counts. What she doesn’t expect is for everyone to suddenly buy her a crappy gift, several being items she’s convinced have been stolen from her office! Meanwhile, Kenny is flattered that everybody wants him to be their Secret Santa but worries that he won’t live up to their expectations. Noel becomes a department store Santa Claus and unknowingly snatches a Star Trek toy from a kid. And Gil tries his best not to criticize the KACL Christmas dinner.
