The Power Outage
Despite a power outage across most of Seattle, the station owner insists that the shows go on anyway in the event that somebody might be listening. Finding it insane, Bulldog decides to put on a tape of one of his old shows and goes back home to spend some time with Stuart. However, the station owner soon finds out and is hot on his trail. Gil, meanwhile, also thinks that the circumstances are crazy but doesn’t want to disobey the station owner for the first time. Noel and Kenny find themselves locked in an elevator due to the power outage, and Kenny worries that he’ll be fired if he doesn’t get to his show in time.
