Roz inadvertently hires a conman to install a security system at KACL, and the next day everybody finds themselves locked out due to the unknown entry code. Roz attempts to track the conman down, and he agrees to tell her the code if she gets his life back on track. Roz reluctantly agrees and starts off by helping him to find a steady job. Meanwhile, Kenny asks Bulldog to teach him how to flirt.
