Noel wins a free massage and is surprised to learn that the masseuse, Lauren, has a crush on him. Realising that it is the self-esteem boost he needs after long days at work, Noel schedules more massages with Lauren, but feels guilty about giving her false hope because he is not interested in a relationship. When Noel asks Lauren to just be friends, she flips out and holds the entire building hostage, demanding that they be together. Meanwhile, Roz is surprised when she gets a phone-call from Rick�s wife on her show, and decides to keep her identity secret.
