Season 2, Episode 15 - "Glaze’d and Confused"
Roz learns that the SeaBea Awards are approaching and is determined to win Best Station Manager for the second time. When she realises who she is up against, Roz calls the agent Bebe Glazer to make sure that she wins. Roz soon feels uncomfortable with the way Bebe works and promptly fires her, but gets more than she bargained for when Bebe decides to represent her biggest rival. Meanwhile, Gil gets a cold and tries to find someone to fill in for him at the awards.
