Season 1, Episode 20 - "The Old Man and the SeaBea"
Roz is nominated for Best Station Manager at the SeaBea Awards but finds herself competing with long-time winner Adam Morgan. When she wins the award, Roz invites Adam onstage to offer her condolences, and is horrified when he drops dead of a heart attack right there. Feeling guilty that she deprived him of his one joy in life, Roz tries to get rid of her guilt by spending time with Adam’s distant daughter.
