| Speakers
working out of the Communication and Leadership Program ("Basic
Manual") may be using either the new or old manual. The old
manual has a white cover with blue squares on the front and a
copyright date of 1988. The new manual has a white cover with four
photographs in the center and a copyright date of 1996.
The objectives and times are the
same in both manuals for Speeches: 1-4, 7 and 10.

from the manual that you can use in the interim. Be sure to
