Lacie's figure training is unique in that she has not only achieved the ideal 17" waist measurement, but she has
done so in combination with a beautifully tapered ribcage. This type of figure training requires a high degree
of commitment and respresents the ultimate challenge for figure training.

Her training has resulted in a reduction of her waist out of the corset from 25" to 23".

2000 measurements: 25" waist, 27" at 4" above the waist, 30" underbust.
2004 measurements: 23" waist, 25" at 4" above the waist, 29" underbust.
2004 In the corset:   17" waist, 21"  at 4" above the waist, 28" underbust.

Her corsets heavy construction maintain the desired proportions by preventing abdominal expansion, but
also allow her to relax and be supported by her corsets. One secret element of succesful training is never
to "fight" the corset, but to let it support and shape the body.
