I can recall using the Publisher '97 package to make this thing back when I lived in my grandmother's house. I cannot recall what the appeal or intent was for creating it was though. The year 2000 is the farthest that I can trace it origins back to but I am almost certain that it is older even than that. It seems like such a long time ago and it feels different.
