We Reap What We Sow

When the circle of life closes in
We come face to face with our sins
Trials of life that we went through
Now our children go through too

Soon we must face our past
When we see stones that were cast
We shouldn't judge others deeds
All they've done is take our lead

The truth is always hard to bear
To see them caught in our snares
If we don't forgive their mistakes
Then this cycle will never break

Within our child that's fully grown
Lies the seeds that we have sown
Then an adult they've become
And we think our job is done

Give forgiveness from your heart
Because it's not done til we depart
Before judgement on others we pass
We should look back in our past

And remember in our Fathers name
If we sow wickedness-we reap the same
