A Story of Tears

You need an apology today, I heard,
Before to me you can speak a word.
You know a street goes both ways,
I have never insisted for you to say,
That you were sorry for your deeds.
We both have planted Satans seeds.
Sometimes life just gets out of hand,
I hope someday you can understand.
We must feel forgiveness in our hearts,
To let the healing for us all to start.
We are a family with hurt all around,
Only with love can peace be found.
Forgiveness comes with no demands,
If to each other we reach out a hand.
Someday we learn from our mistakes,
Then feel sorrow for a heart we break.
Only unto our Lord should we kneel,
This, my dear child, is just how I feel.
I hope you remember and will realize,
Never once have I asked you to apoligize.
You can't forgive my hurtful words,
I forgave the words that from you I heard.
On Sunday morn as you kneel to pray,
Please remember these words I say.
I will always love you til the day I die.
I am so sorry for the tears we cried,
This Dear, is not an end to our story,
"They that sow in tears shall reap in joy".
