Angel of Death

I do not fear the angel of death,
For he will be sent from the best.
To take me home to his great land,
This angel he sends to hold our hand.
So I won't have to go home alone,
To sit with him upon his throne.
The angel of death will be my light,
He'll take me on a glorious flight.
Gods love and comfort he will bring,
As I go home his angels will sing.
A wonderous flight I have in store,
When the angel of death comes to my door.
Alot of people, his presence they fear,
To me, I'll know my Lord is near.
To take me away from pain and strife.

No more I'll suffer in this life.
All crippled up I'll be no more,
I'll stand straight to meet the Lord.
I will walk upon streets of gold.
When I get there I'll never grow old.
So the angel of death do not fear,
He only comes when our Lord is near.
