A Special Mothers Day
It's such a special day for me, Because my children, then I see. My oldest son only missed one, But farther away he has to come. A few years back in the past, A call from him made me sad. "Mom, I can't make it home today, But I will be there next mothers day." So I just moped around the house. I dusted his picture that I found. I looked at his picture then you see I said, "Son, please come home to me." All the rest were there that day, To share with me my mothers day. So all together we shared our love. I knew I'd been blessed from above. In the back of my mind he was still, Because his presence I could feel. Then someone pulled in the drive. There was my son, my shining light. There's a light for them all in my heart, But there's a void when we're apart. Mothers intuition I think it's called, That the Lord gave to us all. So I want to tell you all today. Everyday with you is Mothers Day!
