I'm looking at your pictures today
Of your life through childhood days.
Oh, how very fast these years have flown,
It's hard to believe how you have grown.
My heart swells up with so much pride,
With all my love for you inside.
As opportunity knocks on your door,
A special life you have in store.
You will succeed in your flight,
The many challenges in your sight.
There's something special for you to be,
As you reach for your destiny.
The staircasse of life can be so long,
But it will be a never ending song.
So sing, my Dear, to your hearts content.
With all these blessings God has sent.
So congratulations to you, my Dear.
As you graduate your high school years.
Those days are gone you sat on my knee.
