Viewing

Some individuals are too sensitive to energy they can see the particles without any required effort ( see Violet aura) . The rest of us need intensive training and practice to view the aura's particles of energy. Here some exercises:

 

Exercise 1

1- Sit in a a position where your are comfortable (lion psture is good to get rid od dirty parana)

2- Infront off a mirror while behind you a white wall, start a rhythm breathing , preferably 1:1 for 3-6 rounds or until you reach relaxation .

3- When relaxed enough, look into the mirror ) and try to see the layers covering your body . This is your aura colour's particles.

Exercise 2

1- Posture and breathing as in previous exercise.

2- When relaxed, close your eyes and clear your mind of thoughts and images.

3- Try to View the layer or the coat around your body when you sense cold , heat or a tickling.
