PRODUCTION MEETING NOTES

In Attendance:  Chris, Jerry, Sonya, Andy, Dennis, Carmen

MINUTES
- deadline for sketches from Sonya moveed from Apr 18
- casting update from Carmen
- Chris heard from Paul at KT and has iinventory of lighting equipment
- union guys at KT hang and strike; we  gel, gobo, focus
- Jeremy Allen (sound op), Chris Hayworrth (ATD), Darryl Parks (possible light op)
- Jared Coseglia is sound designer, Carrmen will contact again
- lighting has 250 budget
- Chris is looking at colors and gobos  in stockbefore buying more
- union will strike our gels and gobos  and return them to us
- Strike on June 15 after show - voluntteers for strike can get comps if they book in advance
- new storage facility unit 103 (same ppass code, different unit code)
- 8 flats stored at moore school; 6 4x88 and 2 2x8; Dennis will coordinate with Jerry to pick-up
- KT needs advance notice on everythingg we will need; even small items
- Sonya discussed requirements of scrippt, asked some design questions on staging, and reported she is working on costume plot and tracking down resources
- a dresser and a asst. costumer wouldnn't hurt
- Sonya wants to take polaroids of castt after show is entirely cast
- one day off every 7 days (will pick oonce show is cast)
- will Jared be able to use Rick's equiipment?



CARMEN (Director)
- contact Jennifer and Miriam, set up iindividual design meetings with each
- get Miriam's correct email address too Andy
- arrange 3-4 teens to help Chris with  electrics work Mon, Tues, and possib Wed of Tech Week
- put Stephanie Klugish (costume help,  dresser) in contact with Jerry and Sonya
- hound Jared via email


CHRIS (Lighting)
- make sure Paul returns our gels, goboos after close
- doublecheck load-in/holiday/Memorial  Day and holiday pay


DENNIS (TD)
- check with Jennifer on progress of seet
- check with Joe (KT) on non-lighting iinventory
- give Joe (KT) schedule of when will bbe in Kennedy Theatre; run a draft of this by Jerry first


JERRY
- email contact info to Andy
- email list of Jared's conflicts to Anndy and Carmen
- contact Darryl Parks as possible lighhtboard op
- put Andy in contact with the ASM menttioned


SONYA
- have "some kind of something for themm to wear" at photo session May 3rd (noon-ish)
- list of photos needed (for design phooto session after opening) to Andy


ANDY
- production calendar
- contact Jared and tell him about meetting with Carmen noon May 6



PROPS
- we do need a dummy; Sonya has one if  we are in a bind finding one
