The Goldman Case

This site aims to discuss the David and Sean Goldman from the evidences shown in court, but also analysing from the point of view defended from each party - both brazilian and american family - of Sean.

It is an effort done by ordinary people and interested in the case's complexity of the case, motivated by their not remedied personal doubts by the materials disseminated in the media, as were exhibited both in Brazil and the U.S.

Here we will be exposing the inconsistencies of the Goldman's case, being this an independent effort and not related either to the Goldman or the Lins e Silva family.

The case is interesting because it shows the clash between the cultural differences between Brazil and the U.S., the issue of legal rights (both Brazilian and U.S. and alsointernationally), the involvement of diplomacy, strategic effort of the lawyers of the parties involved in forcing a favorable solution for their part, and the well-being of Sean Goldman.

We believe that both the Brazilian media as the U.S. cases were reported in a partial aspect, sometimes showered nationalism, obscuring the truth. And it is true that we try to find here. What has really happened? It all boils down to this question. The case was accompanied by millions of people in Brazil and the U.S. and probably around the world. However, after discovering some documents that were never exploited by the media, we feel that people curious about the Goldman's case are interested of knowing these documents. We hope, at last, that the material help these people who, like us, are ordinary people.
