Hey Michael,

Stumbled onto your webpage, and saw your Velvet Glove pictures from Trenton.

Just wanted to let you know, there's at least one other VG missile in existence - I took pictures of it circa 1994 at CFB Ottawa Rockliffe - it sat on the second floor, next to a water fountain in the Ordinance Dept. There was a lot of old junk just scattered all over the place, and after recognizing it for what it was, I took the attached pictures.

I remember it was a VG missile that was turned into a presentation display - with an inscription "From" Gerald Bull "To" General Pearkes - I think the date quoted was 1957 (if I remember correctly).

Unfortunately the base itself closed in the late 90s - and I have no idea what ever happened to that old missile. Most likely, it's probably sitting over someone's fireplace today :-)
