“WHEN YOU DIE” 27 Jan 02

When you die
you must look back upon your life
the things you did
the way they changed peoples lives

At how you sold what was ours
and gave us nothing but lies
how you murdered our children
and told us to get on our bikes

In 1979 I was a child
and in 1982 I was blind
over time it became clear
when you die we’ll be laughing my dear

we’ll see you fall into the ground
we’ll buy a disco and paint the town
we’ll dance in the streets
as the flames lick your flesh into meat
