“WALKING WOUNDED” 21 june 96
You’re the face of love
smile. but never laugh.
raised skin hides under long sleeves
the scars of a bad day
rise in the summer heat
Your eyes
pale baby blue
everything has gone
your brothers, sisters died
with friends surrounded
in the inevitable progress
an open heart
at last finds peace
you hold a lovers hand
in a crowded street
it feels like
a victory to be normal
le vie commence a l’autre cote du desepoir
