Waves as sad as
the ocean at night
hapless and love
A bride in white

Snow on the ground
Staring in wonder
at footsteps in the white
the beauty of winter

Perfect blue summer sky
Beautiful virgin bride
The ceremony
It’s going to be fine

I’ve never known anything like this
ever before
never been in love
shiny and happy as this before
This might last forever
but you can’t be sure
