“A BETTER LIFE” 26 Sept 96
The world gave us a dream
That one day happiness will exist
Everyone accepts grey emptiness
If only it was more than this
If only there was a chance
Of something, anything at all
A better life somewhere
That awaits us all
Slavery is power
Independent from this
All we've lost is the right
To happiness
Profit and loss
We simply breathe sleep and get pissed
There must be a better life than all this
Note: later used as lyrics for a Volume song “I Don’t Believe In You Anymore”
