"The Black Card" also known rarely as the "VStar Card" is an very rare Pokemon card, quite possibly the rarest limited/copied cards made by Pokemon.
Only 5 copies were produced, only 3 have been proved to exist and only one was
ever graded. The average value given by 10+ grading companys and Pokemon collecting sites is $2000-3500, but the highest the card has ever went for was for $10,500 on an Ebay listing in 2025! The highest sold ungraded was $5,600 also on Ebay.
All copies of the card were given in the "Sliver Tempest" boxset along with a paper including info about the set and a checkmark list with the 156 cards, on the set, it includes 157 cards since "THE BLACK CARD" is the 157th.
The card is known as the modern Charizard due to it's crazy value and rarity and how recent it was made (being 2022) and the other 2 copies are not expected to come out any time soon unless an collector has it.
