I Want My Job Back at Rockaway Park NY, 31 December 2006 before the Society assembled |

The Democrats throw insults at George Bush like hes a dartboard in an Irish pub. Their cohorts applaud bulls eyes when the darts only hit the outer rim. The Democrats exaggerate the governments mistakes in order to make the Republicans look bad and to recapture the White House. Hey, the Dems are out of work. Theyve lost all their sinecures. They want to able to give out judgeships and local official positions. They want to be back in power.
They advertise our fractionalization and lack of a united front. They want Bush to seem wounded. They want him to bleed. They dont stop to consider how this will hurt us in the public arena. There is only one thing Democrats demand: We want our jobs back.
We lost the congress twelve years ago. Im sick of being a lawyer. Im tired of selling insurance. I want to go back to government where I can get something for nothing and seem generous when I am feathering my own nest.
I dont give a damn whether or not we win the war against terrorism. I hope we lose so that the Republicans look bad. I want my job back, man. Bartender, another Bud please.
I like John Kerrys consistency. Hes a true Democrat. Back in Nam when our soldiers died he called them rapists and murderers. He now says the same thing about our soldiers in Iraq. He doesnt let himself get easily distracted by the Iraqi atrocities towards us. I hope he runs for President again. Hillarys too phony centrist. I like Heinz ketchup. I think having an inveterate protestor as President is good for business.
I want my job back, man. I want to hang out in Washington, DC. I want to smoke cigars that smell from orgasms. I want to stain a blue dress. I want the good old Clintonian morals. I want to bad mouth my country and get paid for it. I want to let bin Laden escape again. I cant take the responsibility of capturing him. I want something easy. I want to be rich. In cash. I want my job back.
And after my job? Oh, in a decade or so, I want to do interviews on Fox News and get the whole world to listen to my lies. After all, Ill be a great and imperious has been. I want to point my finger and tell the world I did not have sexual relations with Chris Wallace. No, I mean, I did not kill Osama bin Laden. But I tried. Does that make me a bad person? I never ask the ghosts at Ground Zero if they blame me.
It troubles me that after all the horrors Moslems have created in the world, after all the suicide bombings and killings of civilians, after 9-11, that heartless Ellison still sides with his adopted religion. Keith Ellison is an apostate to Islam, having converted in college.
Perhaps, if he were born a Moslem and brainwashed as a child? Perhaps, if he went to a Waahabi school in Saudi Arabia or a Taliban school in Pakistan? But no. Ellison is an American Christian who joyously converted to a religion that he later discovered was covered in blood but he justified it rather than rebelled against it. Now perhaps Ellison became a little disenchanted with Christianity like I became a little dissatisfied with Judaism? Alright. And perhaps he went further than I did (I attended a few Moslem sessions in jail) and he became a Moslem. Ok. Different strokes for different folks. But to stick with his violence infested religion after 9-11? To not be ashamed of being a Moslem after the Madrid train bombings? To not go back to Christianity after the London train bombings or the ones in Bombay? Or the arrest of Moslem terrorists who wanted to blow up the Brooklyn Bridge or the Macys subway station? What is wrong with him? Shouldnt he be a little humble? Shouldnt he denounce the Koran when the Koran is the basis of all these horrors? Shouldnt he hide his Koran in his closet with other morals that have gone astray? Hes like a follower of Charles Manson. Hes a kid from a decent background who decides to follow a mass killer and no matter how obvious it is that hes fallen in with a bad lot he refuses to denounce his new leader. In fact, he insists on praising him and praying to him. Maybe he doesnt kill for him but he speaks up for him. If he were a Moslem converting to Christianity, he would now be beheaded. Yet his swearing in on Thomas Jefferson's old Koran leads him to piously mouth, "This just shows that religious tolerance is the bedrock of our country, and religious differences are nothing to be afraid of." Wake up, dimwit. Imagine swearing on a Bible in Saudi Arabia. Your head would be swinging on a pike. "Tolerance"? Where is there tolerance in Islamic paranoia? In Islamic amputations, beheadings and dhimmitude? Ellison's use of a Jeffersonian Koran is a ruse. He is trying to pretend Jefferson would have approved of his swearing in on the Koran. This is nonsense. Jefferson was merely a hobbyist, book collector who happened to sell his Koran to Congress in 1815. He had too much respect for America to allow religions other than Christianity to become institutionalized. The freedom that is America allows you to go home or to your local mosque and study the Koran. It does not allow you to swear in on a Koran to the Congress. That shows total disrespect for American customs and heritage. Digging Jefferson's old Koran out of the mothballs does not change America's Christian tradition. Now I'm sure that Ellison as a black male feels the old shibboleth that the church fostered racism in America. Therefore, he switched to Islam. It's strange that when fundamentalist Moslems attacked the World Trade Towers and killed three thousand innocent Americans, Ellison didn't turn against the anti-western biases of his newfound Moslem religion and become Christian again. When I was in jail in 1994 I attended a few Moslem sessions. I was a bit interested in the religion. But after 9-11 I was ashamed that I had even shown up at any Moslem colloquies. I think Ellison should review his past and instead of looking for ways to invade our country with more Moslem precepts, find a way to keep its bias, prejudice and anti-feminine bent out of our government. Whatever Mr. Ellison feels, he insults our American heritage by swearing on the Koran. I don't feel we can change his naive feelings. However, we should be able to outlaw his narcissistic, insulting actions. Give me a break. Ellison should not be thrown out of Congress on religious grounds but because he doesnt have the humility to accept the blame for so many horrors with his people. He should be dismissed as someone who promotes evil rather than shrinks from it. Ellison, take your Koran home. Pray in the sanctity of your own betrayals. |
