| The Mission of the Crimson Horizon |
| These words ring true. Without the knowledge of our past, our future is met only half armed. The Crimson Horizon is dedicated to collecting the knowledge that has been scattered on the winds of war, so that the people of Azeroth and the Outlands can meet the many challenges of the future armed with more than mere weapons and spells. To know where you have come from is to see more clearly the path ahead.
Toward this effort, we built The Library of the Horizon in Stormwind. Into this edifice, which is open to all, we are placing copies of all the tomes, scrolls, and transcriptions that we collect on our travels. Also placed there will be journals - both those collected and those |
| written by our members and others - poems and tales, and any other information that might aid the People ALL the People. The Crimson Horizon is not built upon religion or politics. We do not advocate the Light or the Dark. We are dedicated to the survival of the People. And to that end, we intend to arm the People with the greatest weapon we can Knowledge. |
| Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. |
