On 8/7/99 I was admitted to a hospital where after 10 days of
excruciating tests I was diagnosed as having a malignant cancer in both my kidneys.
Fortunately, fate brought Russell Monsurate to my bedside. For more than a week he made
visits on a daily basis and brought laughter back into my life. I was amazed at the
wonderful change I saw in him since our last meeting over four years ago. He told me that
Avatar had transformed his life. One of the first lessons I learned just from being in his
presence was to smile deliberately From this I deduced that joy was not dependent on the
outer world, people or events but that it originated from within..
Most of the patients who visited me at the hospital remarked on
my sudden transformation and cheerful demeanor wondering what the cause of my joy was.
"What did you say you were diagnosed with? Cancer? There must be some mistake!"
I heard people remark. In fact my friend Jayant who was visiting with his parents
was so fascinated that he approached Russ to do The Avatar Course immediately.
After starting on a few of the exercises in the hospital, I was
able to leave in just three days time, against the advice of my doctors. I continued doing
the exercises, and things mysteriously began to fall into place. My left kidney was
entirely removed with a tumor weighing three and a half kilograms in August '99. Then in
September '99 half of my right kidney was removed. The remaining half is now tied up in
three places to isolate the cancer spots from the rest of the kidney I now live on just
one-quarter of my kidney. I can tell you life is a lot lighter! And, yes, I will survive!
A great sense of appreciation has filled my life, and I have
often caught myself smiling from within. As a result of maintaining a positive frame of
mind, new vistas have opened up for me. I am absolutely certain that controlling one's
attention is the key to unlocking your true potential. I plan to complete The Master
Course some day and deliver it all over the world. Avatar has taught me that God truly
helps those who help themselves!

Before Avatar, I had a medical
supply bag full of medications:
1)Flovent Puffer 125 mcg twice a day 2)Serevent Puffer 60mcg
twice a day 3)Ventolin Puffer as needed 4) Singulair Tablet every night 5)Advair for about
a month 6) Hydrosene / Saline Spray 7)Flonase nasal spray 8)Antibiotics (Zithromax for
three days at a time) almost every one to two months for sinus infections. And lastly
Prednisone tablets always on hand in case of emergency!
After Avatar
A week later, I went to my asthma specialist. I asked him if I could have a medic
alert bracelet. He looked at me, thought about it and answered, "No. As of today with
your breathing results, you are not asthmatic." Thanks to Avatar, I am off all
my medications, including Singulair.

knew there was a reason I was unable to book a flight in April. I was destined to

What a beautiful day to wake up to, each and every day now!
Could not have imagined this even in my wildest dreams before the course 8 days ago.
For more than 10 years now I had suffered from severe chronic pain
in my spine, muscles and bones, making it quite impossible to sit up and walk for any
length of time. This was accompanied by severe food allergies and almost suicidal
depression. When someone suggested I take the Avatar course lying down I dared to attempt
it. I literally showed up with my blanket and pillow!! On the 3rd day I
recall I was sitting up right through and even walked briskly outdoors, sharing everyone's

With much gratitude and excitement I just completed the Avatar Courre
yesterday.
The last eight days have clearly brought home the realization that NOW
is the time to live deliberately! I woke up this morning with great joy, in the calm and
certain realization that a new sense of Self has been awakened within me. I also know that
I have just been presented with a priceless set of tools that I can use to free myself
from self-doubts and to at last become my own best friend.
I feel this Course is totally powerful and priceless, and I will
enthusiastically recommend it.
From the moment I started hearing feedback about the Avatar materials
from a couple of friends, and after carefully reviewing the information and testimonials
on your web site, I was impressed that such a short Course could have such a beneficial
impact on peoples lives.
Three years in a Yoga Meditation Centre in India (in the mid-eighties),
and fifteen years of metaphysical studies in western Canada had given me many beautiful
glimpses and insights into what the spiritual path is about. And yet I was still

| Wonderful And Beautiful
I have been searching and looking for the Truth since the age of
twenty. I went to many meditation sessions but always came back with some emptiness, and
the belief that there is much more that has not been revealed to me.
One day a friend called and asked me to join a meditation
session. There I met a gentleman named Russell, but did not pay much attention to what he
said, because I was in a world of my own. I thought it was the same old stuff! Later, when
I had a close talk with him, I realized that there was much more to what he was saying. So
when he asked me to join the one day course (Checklist) I immediately signed up for it.
As we progressed toward parts II and III of the course I became
more and more anxious to master these new tools. They are so easy that I kept wondering if
I was getting them right.
Wow! What a beautiful and wonderful lesson Avatar has taught me
- To live deliberately. I am out of my cave at last; I live my life from day to day. I
used to live in the past continuously. Not any more. I am here and now. I live in the
joyous expectancy of the best.
I just finished the Avatar course today, so I don't have many
experiences to talk about except for the beautiful change Avatar has helped me to create
in my inner world. I am sure I will experience many more wonderful things very soon.

Fall '99
For many years I have been drawn to studying Vedanta,
(Veda-knowledge, Anta - end) the culmination of all knowledge, or the knowledge of
Ultimate Truth My studies made sense and withstood all tests as they have from time
immemorial. But there was a gnawing feeling from within. "Are these just
written words about words about words? Books about books about books?" How do I
put this all into practice? When do I begin to explore the truths, to feel the truths?
Will I ever get down to exploring what I have learned? For some reason, at this time, in
early March 1998 an Avatar Master named Russell Monsurate came to my office unannounced.
He had been absent from our Vedanta studies for the past three years- He had come with
information about a course called Avatar. I did the first section of Avatar
that month but not without a little skepticism. In a short while I knew I was
onto the path that had been eluding me through all those years of words about the ultimate
truth. Here was a technique that effortlessly, put into application the knowledge I had
gathered in books and seminars and even more books and seminars I had yet to attend and
study. Where was this technology all those years, centuries? Science is the systematic
study of a subject.Art is the application of the science. Here was the an of application
of ultimate truth that I had studied for all those years. My experiences after the First
section of Avatar called Resurfacing were amazing The application of the techniques really
worked. I went on to Sections II and III where everything I saw and experienced was
suddenly cast in a new Light. Who creates these experiences? Who else? I am
the source that creates the labels. Having put them on things and people I suffer. I
only knew it Didn't I know these things before doing The Avatar Course? Didn't I know a
lot of other things too? But then I only knew it. I had studied that two parts hydrogen
and one part oxygen makes one molecule of water, but when did I get the joy of creating
this molecule? Finally in a lab,when I heated a small test tube containing hydrogen gas.
Up went the flame and down trickled drops of water-out of the fire! It’s very
simple but someone had to show me how to do it. Someone had to put me in a lab, Avatar was
the lab. The study of the Vedas told me time and again, "I am the creator" The
study of Avatar has shown me," I am the creator." I feel it!

A Whiff of the Mango
Like many others, I had been searching for
a number of years for something known as the truth. My search took me to many masters and
initiated a large number of spiritual teachings and techniques. At times my mind was
temporarily at ease, thinking it had arrived at the end of its journey, only to discover
that the horizon was still a few more mountains away.
I share a firm belief that nothing ever happens in this world by
accident. During the last six years a series of events or discoveries have rocked my
world, manifesting in the most beautiful ways. Either a friend passed me some books or
strangers popped in and provided me books or food for thought. It was like getting
occasional whiffs of the mango, but never the real taste of it.
A dear friend mentioned to me about The Avatar Course and
introduced me to Russell. My initial reaction was that it was too expensive and that I
could not afford it even if I wanted to. However, by a series of coincidences or
mysterious happenings I was able to enjoy the three sections of the course all together.
The course was amazing. When you finally bite into the mango and taste it you start
smiling and rejoicing in its exquisite sweetness. Only in eating the mango can you truly
be certain - no more ideas of how a mango tastes or smells.
The simple exercises started to manifest into excellent,
tangible benefits. I was able to take charge of my life, which until then was a constant
reaction to circumstances that resulted in frustration most of the time. Now I can create
my desired circumstances and thrive in their bliss.
Even before finishing the course I could see all the layers of
junk and muck dissipating. Recently, when I read that I was the creator of my reality; it
seemed too far-fetched, but Avatar has cut right to the bone, slicing off years of
accumulations, ideas, decrees and beliefs. I am back in the pilot's seat, with the
controls in my hands, cruising in the most beautiful ship that ever landed on this planet
- my life.
There was one exercise during the course that was mind blowing.
I could not stop smiling. I wanted it to never end. I am smiling even more now.

Searching for the Truth
I grew up in a middle class Brahmin family steeped in devotional
practices of Sanatan Dharma. From a very early age I began to look for the answers to the
big questions of Life and Truth.
I spent more than two decades intensely searching for the truth.
My spiritual practices had led me to a deeper understanding of life, but I had no
methodology to handle life as a whole. On beginning The Avatar Course, I found that by the
simple practice of a few of the lessons given to me l was able to resolve very quickly
some of life’s major problems.
Among other things, Avatar has helped me to dissolve conflicts
at the busy airport where I work for a major international airline.
The final wonder of it all is the discovery of my innermost
Right For-You-Goal and that is to become an Avatar Master and spread this light all over
the world.

A Family Again
I did The ReSurfacing Workshop and since
then my life has begun to change. My wife and I did the workshop together. Our family was
falling apart. We have a 16-year-old son and a 12-year-old daughter, and all four of us
were pulling in different directions. We were a family in appearance only. With everyone
doing their own thing there was very little love shared, not much concern for children
growing up and needing attention, appreciation and large doses of compassion and
under-standing.
After the one-day course we started to do the Compassion
Exercise together, and we verbalized our appreciation for each other. We did this every
day. Within just a few days there were visible signs of love, caring, under-standing, and
there was a lot of hugging. It just turned our lives completely around.
I then signed up for The Avatar Course. My personal life then
changed so much that every where I went people remarked how much better I looked. My wife
and children kept commenting about how much I'd changed: from a man who had so many fears
and so much anger to a compassionate man, appreciating everyone and everything.
Harry you are the greatest, thank you. It is because of Avatar
that I have changed. Through me my family has been touched, and we are all together now.
I have taken control of my life. I am now flowing, and I know
the direction that I want to go. I have been able to get rid of so much garbage. I know
now what it is to live deliberately and I know that lots of exciting things will be taking
place in my life and that of our little family.
My life's goal is to reach out to other human beings with love
and compassion and spread Avatar and enlightenment after I have completed The Master
Course.

A Truly Unique Experience
With strong leanings toward Buddhism and Vipassana
I was absolutely delighted with what Avatar had to offer me;
empowerment.
The gradient structure of the various exercises
and techniques, the total workability of every single one of
them makes this whole learning process so wonderful. I had
some amazing breakthroughs, insights and releases.
There were times when I so suffused with joy that I was reluctant to
emerge from that state.
A truly unique experience. If this is what the

I Can't Find the Words...
I can't find the words to thank Harry Palmer for enabling me to shake
off much that I had accumulated over the years as fixed identity
patterns. Avatar changed
my life.
As a Yogi and Sky Kundalini Yoga Master for more than 18 years, I have
found Avatar techniques are far more effective and do not rely on
indoctrinated truths. I experienced several moments of blissed-out
feelings, that defy any explanation. One of the exercises produced
a state of such stillness that it left me wondering why these
practices had not been taught earlier.
I wish to become an Avatar Master as soon as possible and take this

Paradigm Shift

What should I call this?
My family and I visited the office of Russell Monsurate in 1998, to get
some information on how we could immigrate to Canada. After we had spent some time
talking, he began to ask questions about my 15-year-old daughter who was born with
cerebral palsy. I told him that he could question her and that although she could not
speak she would respond to his questions. He asked her if she believed that one-day she

Painless Surgery
I began one of the most exciting journeys I've ever been
