| A Yahoo ID and password is required to to access the features of the
TexasVets eMail List. The instructions below come with screen shots and
hints on how to properly get a Yahoo ID and how to use it for access to the
features of the TexasVets list.
If you print out this website you will have instructions on how to set up your Yahoo ID and then you can have access to the TexasVets features. The more people with access the more information can be disseminated amongst the group. Just because you have sign up for a Yahoo ID with attendent Yahoo
email address doesn't mean that you have to use their email services. Its
the Yahoo eList features that come along with the ID that are important. All
the Yahoo ID does is verify that you are on their system. There is a means
to avoiding SPAM in setting up the Yahoo ID and email address. If the address
is never accessed there is not need to worry about mail that accumulates
at the yahoo address. It just becomes a dead letter box; unless you want
to use it as an extra throw out mailbox for other mail. - Back to
