Texas Tag Team Championship
(Texas tornado rules)

Champions
"Smoky Mountain Express"
James Longstreet & James Jackson
w/Mr. Arrogance
Total combined weight: 523 lbs.

vs.

Challengers
"Minnesota Wrecking Crew"
Justin Simcox & Tully Blanchard
w/Jim Larkin
Total combined weight: 487 lbs.

Texas Tornado Rules were in effect for this match with all four combantants in the ring at the same time. At 19:30, Mr. Arrogance jumped on the ring apron and argued with the referee.  Justin Simcox was then thrown in the ref by James Jackson, knocking the referee out cold.    Blanchard was tied up with Longstreet and did not see as Mr. Arrogance assist Jackson in adminstering a middle rope Spike PileDriver.   Arrogance was trying to revive the referee when Jim Larkin came in, handed Blanchard a slapjack, which Blanchard used on Longstreet.  Jackson made a cover on Simcox while Blanchard at the same time was covering Longstreet.  As the ref made the count, Larkin attacked Arrogance and we had a unique double pinfall at 20:41.  The referee was confused on who was the actual winner.  Both teams argued about who won when President Mitch Armour came out and announced that the Texas Tag Team Titles were held up as a result of the double pin.   A rematch was also ordered for next Friday with the stipulations to be announced by Armour on Monday afternoon.

This match was one for the ages.  For more than 30 minutes, neither man could gain a clear advantage.  Dan Benson was in control when Apollo came out and walked up to ringside with a chair in hand.  Apollo watched as Benson's attempt to finish the match with another Shocker.  Apollo then jumped to ringside and hit the chair on Benson.  Referee called for a disqualification on ROCK.  Dan Benson won the match and retained the TV Title at 35:18.  ROCK was incensed at what happened and Avanlanched Apollo for his troubles and then left the ring as Impulse and Bloodbath returned to help Benson give Apollo another beating.   As the Glorious Revolution had Apollo in a three on one situation for the second time in the evening, Matt and Tim Tuilo, the Natural ICONS, made a surprise resuce and saved Apollo.  A pier-six Brawl ensued with the new team of the Tuilos and Apollo getting the upper hand and getting the Glorious Revolution out of the ring.  Matt Tuilo, with brother Tim at ringside approached and shook hands with Apollo after the brawl.  All three men together went to the back to the applause of the fans.

Texas Chain Match

The Fallen
320 lbs. Phoenix, AZ

vs.

Mr. X
??? lbs. Parts Unknown

The rules to this match were simple.  The first to reach all and touch all four corners consectively wins the match.  This was a war with Mr. X and Fallen going from pillar to post.  The chain was used many times for either choking or beating some sense into the other.  Both men were busted open. Fallen got the advantage and knocked out Mr. X in the 29th minute.  As Fallen touched each of the first three corners, he reached with ease.  Trying to get to the fourth one for the win was slightly out of his reach and he walked over and pulled Mr. X over enough to get the win.   As Fallen went back to touch the fourth corner, Mr. X yanked Fallen back into the middle of the ring and into a chain aided clothesline.  Mr. X went out to the ringside area and grabbed a chair, which he used to nail Fallen to the ground.  Mr. X then wrapped some of the chain around the chair.  He proceeded to nail Fallen with the chair and chain, knocking Fallen out.   X then picked up Fallen on his shoulders and started to go around the ring corners.......ONE.........TWO........

At that moment, Father Tom Arson, absent from WCCW for over 2 months made his way down to the ring with Brother Pain at his side while Mr. X touched the third ring corner.....One more....Arson went towards  the fourth corner to stop Mr. X when suddenly Arson's heated AWA rival Displice of Displince came out with another steel chair and knocked out Arson and Pain with two whacks from the chair.........Mr. X touched the Fourth corner for the win at 34:02.  Displince ran to the back and Mr. X took Fallen and draped him around the ring ropes, leaving Fallen hanging from the chain.   Mr. X then yelled out at Arson and Pain and said " TWO DOWN, PAIN NEXT!!  ARSON, the IDES ARE COMING FOR YOU!!!"  As the camera fades out, Mr. X walks away from the fallen Arson and Pain while Fallen is hanging from the top rope.
