Timeless Passages
There are still people who feel
that the inspired Bible is old news.
I want to show, people will know.
those who agree will pay some dues.
Its passages are timeless as infinity.
They have molded values for all men.
Just look at these ideas and you'll see
all truth to this over and over again.
If you come to neglect your son,
he'll depart, off... in the wrong way.
His life will quickly unravel undone.
It's happening everywhere today.
If you live, to be type, selfish...
You'll always feel... to have a lack,
to never know true contentment...
misery will always be coming back.
If you question God's ways too much,
you might find disturbances in your mind.
Reality will be tough, with keeping in touch.
You may see, but still be... walking blind.
Walk away from God.. if you dare,
He'll grant what you've bargained for,
confusion beyond measure, losing care.
Would this freedom... settle your score?
Evil is a real influence of mankind.
Play with this deal... and you're in a mess.
You might be desperate and in a bind...
But scaling your soul is foolishness!
It's been said; don't believe in what you read.
Yet, The Bible is the exception... to the rule.
Those who go on living without it's lead...
look at how their lives get to be so cruel.
Think about it... is not all of this true?
I ask you then... who wants to be a fool?
