Lord Jesus.......it's me again.
There's something I have on my mind.
So I'm calling on You to guide me through.
I've been thinking of this for a long time.
I'm troubled Lord, I know You know.
My mind's restless, I can't even sleep.
How do I keep your gentle, giving nature?
How can I cling to the fire that You keep?
I Want To Be M O R E ...LIKE YOU!
To Love All People, Be Faithful And True.
Be A "Light", In A Dark World, Shining Through.
I Want To Be So Much MORE...Like YOU.
How do I love everyone, Lord,
the way, I've known that You do?
Some folks can make me so frustrated.
Teach me to be meek and forgiveness too.
Tell me how to live with patience.
Impress my mind what You did for me,
So I can prove others the beautiful example,
of the "Way", You want all men to be.
I Want To Be M O R E ...Like YOU!
I'd Love To Give My Love, Like YOU Do.
And In My Mind, I Pray Daily, To Renew.
I Want To Be So Much MORE...Like YOU.
I know about human limitations,
Yet, I believe in You, with all my heart.
You gave, with Your precious gift to Save...
I pray grattitude from me, will never part.
I owe all men the debt to proclaim Your Word.
I must put my desires upon the shelf.
Be with me during this radical changing.
So hard to empty the pride of myself.
I Want To Be M O R E ...Like YOU!
Help To Save "Anyone", No Matter Who.
And Hold Onto GOD'S LOVE, All 'My Life Through!
I Want To Be So Much MORE...Like YOU.
Lord, I Want To Be More...Like YOU!
To Be Faithful, Trustworthy And True!
And All My Life To Shine My Light Through!
Oh! Lord, Help Me... To Be.... More Like YOU!
