The United Democratic Movement (UDM) is in my opinion one of the most interesting political parties in South Africa. It was founded by Roelf Meyer (formerly NP) and Bantu Holomisa (formerly ANC) in 1997. UDM got a 3,4 percent turnout which resulted in 14 seats in parliament. |
