has a material link from his shoulder around his body and back to his
shoulder.

At age 8 his family died out
from a lack of food and
water. The only other people
he knew were the other
members of his tribe. So, he
continued on with them, but
soon he fell behind and was
eventually lost in a forest
after the tribe sailed to an island.
He was now about 11 and had
learned enough that he could
survive on his own. Once he
had used up al the resources
in his area he had no choice
but to move on. He soon found
his way to a large pond and
waterfall. He waded in, and
then after that all he could
remember was waking up in a
small building bandaged and
dressed in new clothes. An
elderly beast, another
echidna. Was the one who had
found him. He had no idea
what had happened, but had
decided that he was alone and
needed help. So, he took him
under his wing and become a
somewhat fatherly figure to
Tenks. He was very skilled in
the art of fighting with
swords and taught him
everything he knows now. They
live in a somewhat secludes part
of the Mystic Ruins protected by
minor, ancent magic.
He owns a large sword, a set
of heavy gloves, his large
pocket watch (witch seems to
help him caste enrgy spells),
a very useless revolver
pistol, and a pare of large
bulky shoes.
