Created Genetically, Foxie ended up in the Mystic Ruins and was taken care of by Orion. Somehow, Foxie became wild and ate of the fat of the land for years. She met Red, a male human, when he was lost as a toddler and adopted him as her own. They grew, and Red learned how to speak to Foxie without words and lived by eating vegitation. Years passed, and the prey in their area migrated. Foxie and Red moved with them. Foxie found a new, easier prey: humans. She also ate the local monster of legend and had a go at Froggy, but was warded off by Bigg's pole. Mysteriously gaining the power of speech, she started teachng Red to speak. Shortly thereafter, Sonic and the gang discovered her.
The clothes on her, the camoflage cloak, the pair of mini Magic Rings in her braids, and a few stashes of 'food' in the woods.
