17 Years in Nepalese Army service experience- (Infantry roll, technician field, Air battalion) foot patrolling at day and night, vehicle patrolling at day and night, Air patrolling at day and night. 7 months UN peacekeeping mission in Lebanon, 7 months experience in United Nations Operation in Burundi in Africa. I am serving in UNMIN since 01 May 2007 to till now as a functional title Security Assistant.

WORK EXPERIENCES

In my 17 years Army service, I have done many trainings and courses. I successfully completed one year Computer Software Application Diploma Training, 3 months 37mm anti Aircraft 2in barrel Gun basic course, 3 months Ledger keeping and Store keeper training, 2 months United Nations Peacekeeping training, 6 months vehicle driving and maintenance training, 2 months Armored Proposed Carrier (APC) driving and Gunship training.

At the computer field, 11 years Computer Operator (data entry, coding and checking) experience, 9 years vehicle driving experience, 14 years administration (administrative clerk) working experience, a year of United Nations Peacekeeping Mission working experience.

Regular user of mainframe and 13 years of total experience with MS word processor, database, spreadsheet, networking, intranet, internet etc.

Knowledge in use and maintenance of standard security and communications equipment, excellent computer skills, proficiency in computer applications (MSword, MS excel, MS Access Office 2007/XP, Intranet, Internet, Lotus Notes) and Hardware Maintenance, Software development.

LANGUAGE

I am fluently speak, read and write English language. Nepali language is my mother language. I also read, write and speak in fluantly Hindi, Tamang (Local) langueage and I understand French language litle .

Currently, I am employed in United Nations Mission in Nepal, Safety & Security Department as a rank of Security Assistant since may 2007. The combination of multi-tasks duty, I have successfully performed all assigned tasks which was assigned to me. My assigned duty is manage a Guard Force Unit, to manage & produce ID cards and various Passes and other security related tasks.
