"MORYONAN: IKALAWANG YUGTO" Contemporary problems about the Moriones tradition based on the developments of the last 20 years. March 1995.Presented in Boac, Mogpog & Gasan with Gil Juan Virtusio as Artistic Director)  "MORYONAN: IKATLONG YUGTO" Update on contemporary problems about the Moriones.March 1996.  "MARA UNDUK: DANCE DRAMA" Original story revised. March 1996. Presented and ran with 35 performances in Boac, Gasan, Nayong Pilipino (Manila), Museong Pambata (Manila)& Rajah Sulaiman Theater in Fort Santiago, Manila for the National Children & Youth Theater Festival, Manila. (Collaborative work with Roni Abario, Rudi Mariposque and Obligacion as Directors)  "MIS LAGRIMAS A TI" (MY TEARS TO THEE) Revolutionary struggle of Marinduque local heroes during the Phil-Spanish War. September 1996. Commissioned by the Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement (PRRM)and presented during the Daupan II Festival for the Centennial of Philippine Revolution, Gasan, organized by Popular Education for People Empowerment (PEPE),with PETA's Jonjon Tuazon as Artistic Director.  "HIMAGSIK NG BUDHI" 'Mis Lagrimas' updated and retitled. January 1997. Presented in San Jose, Batangas. (directed by Gil Virtusio, Runner-up, Regional Theater competition, organized by the Department of Education & Culture (DECS) "SA NGALAN NG KATOTOHANAN" (Kasaysayan ni Longhino)Passion Play featuring the role of Longhino in Christ's life. March 1997. Presented Holy Week in Gasan (directed by Gil Virtusio); souvenir program showed the following curious entry: "Dialogues by Eli Obligacion")  "PUTIK SA GINTO" Collaborative work with the Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA)and Teatro Balangaw actors on the Marcopper spillage. May 1997. Presented in Boac. (directed by PETAs Ernie Cloma)  "ARKO" Marinduque and Philippine agrarian reform problems. September 1997 Presented in Imus, Cavite.(directed by Obligacion; commissioned by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Regional competition runner-up in a theater competition participated in by 11 provinces and cities in Southern Tagalog; remounted in Boac in cooperation with the municipal government and PRRM, featuring "Awit sa Ilog Boac" (Song for Boac River), Lyrics and Music by Obligacion).  "MARA UNDUK" (THE MUSICAL) Marinduque Mythology. July 2000.(Commissioned by a Manila-based PR company as part of the national government's touring cultural promotion and educational campaign nationwide; with music by Titus Javier as part of , shelved with Pres. Joseph Estrada's oust from power)  "BULONG" (A DANCE-DRAMA) About teleportation, a Marinduque belief still believed in by local people. Presented in Gasan by the Municipal Government of Gasan. (directed by Obligacion) June 2002 (Interviews and footages presented by NBN Channel 4 and local cable TV); Remounted in Buenavista January 2004 in cooperation with Marinduque Victorians College (directed by Obligacion) ; (  "SUKAT IPAG-ALAB NG DAMDAMIN" Tracing the Marinduqueno's (and Filipino's) identity and spirituality.April 2003. Premiered in Buenavista, presented by the Municipal Government of Buenavista; presented and replayed in local cable TV until May 2003; (directed by Obligacion)  Current works  :  "ISANG DIPANG LIWANAG" Contemporary drama on a provincial boy's struggle in the city (based on a story told by Rex Asuncion) "PULANG LUPA" Marinduque battle during the Filipino-American War. July 2003. 'PASYON-DULA' Life of Christ (Revised version of the 1997 Longhino play). January 2004.

As Cultural Worker:
Coordinator for the Royal Norwegian Embassy for the Manila performances of  "OSLO TRIO" ("Paco Park Presents") and the Norwegian pianist KJELL BAEKKELUND (Cultural Center of the Philippines). (1986-87)  Founder; Playwright; Company Director of  Teatro Balangaw (1992-1998).  Cultural Director of the Provincial Government of Marinduque (1995-1998), and organized the following:  Moriones Festival 1996 marked by new activities such as 'Tubungan Festival" and province-wide celebration with comprehensive TV coverage; Marinduque cultural presentation, Travel Mart 1996; Moriones Festival 1997 marked by a weeklong celebration of various cultural and artistic activities; Participation of Marinduque (Moriones, Kalutang Groups) in the Independence Day Celebration 1997 at Rizal Park, Manila; Marinduque cultural presentation, Travel Mart, SM Megamall, Manila, 1997; Lobbied for and succeeded in choice of Marinduque as venue for the holding of "Daupan II Festival for the Centennial of Philippine Revolution" a national festival organized by Popular Education for People Empowerment (PEPE), 1997; Marinduque Participation at the Southern Tagalog Festival 1997 at Nayong Pilipino; Organizer, Culture and Arts Competitions for the Philippine Centennial Celebration in Marinduque, 1997. Organizer, 'Marinduque Day' Celebration, 1995-1997.  Organized the participation of Teatro Balangaw to the 1996 National Youth Theater Festival, with "Mara Unduk" as the event's fortnight presentation.  Methodology and experience as community theater organizer was noted by the International Drama in Education Association (IDEA), based in the Netherlands for use as resource material for a new course in 'Community Theater' at the University of Utrecht, and for showing in European cable television under the title "Swapping Stories".(1998, film by Rod Prosser); See COMMUNITY THEATER: GLOBAL PERSPECTIVES by Eugene van Erven Chapter I (Philippine Community Theater in the 90s; A Case Study on Teatro Balangaw, Marinduque, pages 1-50);.  Consultant for Tourism and Cultural Development, Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque, 2002 and organized the following National Commission for Culture & the Arts (NCCA) and Department of Tourism (DOT) assisted projects:  The "1st Gasang-Gasang Easter Festival" (Street-Dancing Festival) The 1st "Araw ng Gasan" Celebration. (Weeklong festival marked by trade fair, cultural activities, a beauty pageant,  a photo and  artifacts exhibit,and awards night for outstanding local personages).  After the Teatro Balangaw hiatus that emanated from unauthorized use and corruption of his scripts by a group member independently organized the following community theater groups: 'Balangai People's Theater', Cawit, Boac, Marinduque.(1998) 'Teatro Gaseno', Gasan, Marinduque (2003) 'Teatro Malindug', Buenavista, Marinduque.(2004)  Editor-in-Chief, 'The MIMAROPA SUNRISE, Boac, Marinduque, (monthly news-magazine advocating environmental awareness, anti-corruption; cultural appreciation and good governance)
